Autistic Twelfth Doctor

When he talks, he gestures in a way that is more repetitive than directed. In “Deep Breath”, when talking about the dinosaur that exploded, he doesn’t gesture toward the dinosaur or toward the people he’s talking to, rather he moves his hands in a repetitive up/down motion. This looks a lot like disguised stimming. It looks like it’s for emphasis to everyone else, and it helps him calm down.

He’s pretty black and white with his morality. Daleks are bad, people are good, and he spends much of the series wondering whether he is good.

I don’t remember whether we’ve seen him actually eat yet, but at a restaurant (in “Deep Breath”) he asked for a children’s menu, implying that he’s somewhat picky- possibly due to sensory sensitivity. (To be fair, that restaurant had a very unusual menu.)

Also, he strongly dislikes hugging. He has directly stated this. Clara hugs him anyway, and I think he has/will eventually become okay with that, but no one else!

Season 8 of Doctor Who has been my favorite of the entire series, and i’m so excited to see where we go from here.

I’m so pressed for time, but I’m also relieved to see Jenna Coleman back on set with her best bud Peter. They look great and happy together. :) Rigsy’s back, too! This pleases me so much. :)

I think Peter’s brilliant, you just never know what way he’s going to go. He’s a real sparky character.“  However, he’s remaining tight lipped on what the new series will hold for Capaldi’s Doctor.   He said: ‘I think it’s going to be enormous fun with the Doctor running away with a companion down corridors being pursued in the dark. I’ve no idea what will happen’, he said lying. 'It will be brilliant.

Watched The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy the other day (love that film so much) and came up with this little comic strip of the 12th Doctor meeting Marvin the paranoid android, which is my favorite character of the whole film. dispite him being depressed all the time. So here we are :D
