He'd missed his dog so much when he was away in the city and even though she was in good hands, he still couldn't help but feel guilty for leaving her behind. This time he opted for staying with her and taking on full responsibility, which meant he spent all his time with her. As much as Luna had been good this entire walk, she had a lot of energy in her, and though she wasn't all that big, he felt a tug on his leash and suddenly the dog was drawn to other barks.

Cassadee couldn’t believe this was her life.  Things had been going well and while she worried something bad would eventually happen, for now...she was happy.  And today they were telling their daughter who Kearne really was.  That he was the little girl’s father.  Rolling over in the bed, she traced her fingertips over his chest, smiling as she watched him sleep.

Addalyn took a deep breath as she walked into the restaurant where her and Wes agreed to meet for their first official date. They had talked on and off through texts, but they were finally meeting. She was wearing a light grey dress that fit her chest and stomach and was loose at her waist. Her hair was in a side braid and she looked around for Wes. 

She played with her fingers some and looked around the restaurant. She hadn’t seen him yet, but he may have been there somewhere out of her vision.
