Dragonfruit Mango Cheesecake I'm actually proud that this turned out good. Haven't attempted cheesecake before and was afraid that the layers wouldn't settle right. When I bake something for the first time, it always comes with the fear of it not turning out like I imagine. Baking requires you to be precise, and is less forgiving with mistakes, so I often have to tell myself to not fret over the little cracks and glitches, and be creative with what I have. The crust could have been thicker, and I went through three different decorating efforts before settling on one.
