Chocolate Mint Delight Bark This festive treat combines the rich flavors of dark and white chocolate with a refreshing peppermint twist, perfect for the holiday season or any time you crave something sweet. Ingredients 16 ounces dark chocolate chips 60% 16 ounces white chocolate chips 4 teaspoons coconut oil 1/2 cup crushed candy canes or to taste Flake sea salt to taste Instructions Line a 13×9 sheet pan or baking dish with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. Microwave for one minute, then stir thoroughly. If the chocolate hasn't melted completely, return it to the microwave for 15-20 second increments, stirring in between until fully melted. Pour the melted dark chocolate into the lined sheet pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until firm. In another bowl, add the white chocolate chips and the remaining 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. Microwave for 45 seconds, then stir well. If its not fully melted, continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Be careful not to overheat! Once the dark chocolate has set, spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the dark chocolate layer. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes and flake sea salt on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until completely set. Once set, peel the bark from the parchment paper, break it into pieces, and enjoy! Store at room temperature for 2-3 days or in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
