I am relatively new at drawing anthropomorphic animals, or animals in general actually, and I've been struggling a bit with the design for the bishops.

So to make my life easier I'm using the tried and true method of making studies of the animals as close to reality as possible and working from there.

(If you're wondering why there's no Shamura references the short answer is "no, I didn't")
