SONA 2016 : Fashion Show
SONA Fashion Show 2016 President Rodrigo Duterte has said his plans for the Philippines on his State of the Nation Address (SONA) since he is officially the president yet his speech is not only the interesting part but also what the people who attended the SONA wore.
July 25, 2016, Monday and known people are gathered to the Batasan Pambansa where the President's first SONA was held.
Not only the known people are seen but also on what they have wore to said occassion whereas there are varieties of clothes and design that is shown.
Chiz Escudero and his wife Heart Evangelista came to the Batasan together where Chiz wore a plain white polo with long sleeves and black slacks while Heart wore a white top with white pants and a white blazer.
Senator Loren Legarda came to the Batasan wearing a magenta barong-like top with bright colors, black slacks and wore pearls as her main accessory.
Ifugao Representative Teddy Brawner Baguilat Jr. surprised everyone with his outfit when he came to the Batasan because as the representative, he wore an Ifugao clothing where the people thought of it as a traditional wear that really catches the essence of the place Baguilat is representing.
Gretchen Barretto came to Batasan with a sophisticated yet classy look where she wore a barong like blazer with a black belt to show her curves and a black pencil skirt.
Many people came and wore Barongs and Filipinianas to match the essence of the SONA but did not let the plain and simple go through them.
