Kinda confused as to why In Guk's OST is part 7 because I remember that there are only 6 artists on the line up. And then I saw that Sondia is the part 6 OST with This is Love.

Apparently this is the love triangle song? Or just Ji Na and Joo Ik?

I truly love and adore this song Souls at Night by Sondia from Itaewon Class OST. The music and the lyrics perfectly encapsulates and expressed the heroine, Jo Yi Seo's emotional journey and revelation when she met our hero. I've always loved grand sweeping music that makes you wanna fly and this song delivered it effortlessly due to the singers powerful and beautiful voice. I loved how this was the song that started playing when they were on the bridge after Yi Seo has to leave home... That moment when Park Sae Ro Yi admitted that he needed her then you can hear the instrumental of the song starting to play... then after they have made an agreement to chase the dream together then you hear the beautiful voice of Sondia singing the words

".... Now that I know the meaning of life, I'm running with all my might to come out of the dark and become the LIGHT to your LONG NIGHT"

This song is clearly in Jo Yi Seo's POV since she started the drama not seeing any point to life...But when she met Park Sae Ro Yi, he whose heart has been wounded yet still lit a light in her path showing her a way forward in this life, showing her it's purpose and meaning just by being his wonderful self... She is finally having a reason to run (make an effort in this life/ in her life).

And I find it even better that the song was sung by Sondia, my absolute fave from the song Adult, OST of my other favorite drama My Ahjusshi.

This song promises to me a story of healing and connection for our two leads and im already thinking, EPIC, their story is bound to be EPIC.
