He yawned, a big one this time, and flipped the page for the next one. “I don’t know how the author of this book collected their profits, but this book sucks,” he complained, in annoyed face that growing some wrinkles around his mouth. He gave Joomi a look, with those big eyes which now had dropped to half size due to their heavy lids. Two in the morning had passed but there was no sign of sleepiness on her, even though she was already in comfortable place for a deep slumber. They had counted sheep, drinking one and a half warm milk, singing a song which left discomfort in her war and more. They had gone far to the tenth method, but none of them worked. “Or,” Hyunwoo leaned back against the side of the bed, where he was sitting on the floor and she could only his side. “You just have a sleeping problem. Want to take a pill?” He looked over his shoulder with a big sigh, as if skipping the pages to the very last trick.
truth be told, she did feel a little bad for keeping the male, that had sat down on the floor beside her bed, up for that long. but then again.. technically it really wasn’t her fault? it must have been a higher force or something because no matter how much she tried, she just couldn’t fall asleep. she wasn’t even a little tired, no, she was wide awake and ready to put together a whole ikea ensemble. “i don’t have a sleeping problem, i usually fall asleep within seconds! it’s just today and i don’t know why.. maybe there’s something i have to do like in video games when you can’t go to sleep because you still haven’t completed a mission.” her brows furrow as she tries to think of any mission she hadn’t accomplished that day. “no.. i can’t think of anything. and pills.. i don’t know. that’s unhealthy, i might die!”
