In the context of the star wars universe, I feel like nine would be a mandolorian.

Gallifrey would have been destroyed and he was found and became a foundling, dedicating his life towards bounty hunting (to try and separate himself from all his Gallifreyan roots; trauma response).

One of these missions leads him to search for a spice dealer in debt on tatooine 7 years after the fall of the republic; this subsequently leads him to meeting an empathetic Jedi who understands his pain.

I headcannon that obi wan and the ninth doctor are exes. Like they used to “travel together” (date each other) but eventually they split (because Jedi are forbade from forming relationships with people). They don’t ever get back together but on occasion they meet up to cry into each other’s arms lol
