At first I wanted to do this for Cyrillon, because I assume he is @kittensartsbooks (thank you for tagging me <3) fav, but everything about him is major spoiler territory and he wouldn’t tell, even with a gun to his head… So let’s do this for Jacobi. (and let’s assume that the interviewer (I) is me)
1: What is your full name?
“Jacobi Nathaniel Falk Sonnenzorn. Which is a mouth full, but aristocratic family and everything...”
2: What does your full name mean?
JJ: “My first name is a typical Thelanian name. My mothers father’s first name was Nathaniel and my father’s first name is Falk. Just how people get named I guess?”
JJ: “You keep saying that I’m a know-it-all and that my attitude annoys people.”
I: “But now I asked for it, didn’t I?”
JJ (suddenly very eager): “Nathaniel means ‘the one who holds wisdom’ in Early Thelanian and Falk is loosely tied to the term ‘hawk’. Sonnenzorn means ‘fury of the sun’ and is said to be an ancient name, that can be traced back even before the migration period in ...”
3: What are your other names/nicknames?
“I don’t have any. It’s not like I have done anything special, that would come with a nickname.”
5: What’s your sexuality?
“I haven’t really thought… I’ve only been with women so far? Is this important?”
“I’m from Sunnstatt. Capital of the Northern Cape.”
8: What is your magic form/what species are you?
“What do I look like to you? Human.” (shapeshifter have cat like pupils)
9: What does your human form look like?
I: “What do you look like?”
JJ: “I’m really not comfortable...”
I: “Is it the beard thing?”
I: “Okay. He is pale, has long, red hair, medium sized, chubby built, can’t grow a beard...”
JJ: “Stop it! I’m skipping the question!”
10: What’s your aesthetic?
I: “You know what the word means, smartypants.”
JJ *major eyeroll*: “Books, dust, horses, I guess?”
I: “You should add fire and shadow.”
I: “You’ll see soon enough.”
JJ (fidgets nervously): “What?”
11: Who’s your best friend?
JJ: “As sad as it sounds, probably Ruben.”
I: “Who is getting paid by your mother to keep you out of trouble?”
JJ (turning red): “Yeah, so?”
12: Would you ever get a piercing/ tattoo?
“What’s a tattoo? I’d rather not have anything jammed through my body though.”
13: When are you happiest?
“Doing things with Sammael (his cousin) and Sinu (his uncle) and in the library?”
14: What’s your biggest secret?
JJ: “I… uh…”, clears his throat. “I sometimes steal stuff from the kitchen? Sometimes! And sometimes Sammael and I sneak off?”
I: “Aaaah, you’re so innocent in the beginning.”
JJ: “WHAT? Why are you grinning like a maniac? Stop it!”
15: What was your first impression of Alina?
JJ (slightly blushing): “She is beautiful. And fierce. And beautiful.”
I: “That’s very deep, Romeo.”
JJ: “Shut it! She is. And who the fuck is Romeo?"
