It was unlike her to become involved with potentially dangerous individuals but this one had peaked her interest. The young woman had convinced herself that supernatural beings were few and far between but the truth stood right before her; hard to deny or reject. The brunette’s tone was filled with reluctance, nervous at the thought of how dangerous the individual could be. “And why should I trust you? I’m not the type to bring along a sidekick for the sake of it especially when said sidekick could tear me to shreds in a moment’s notice.”
