Hi Sani! I thought I might put my two cents in for the Free People parker dress! I'm usually a size 8 for H&M, pushing size 6. For the Parker dress, the size 8 was a little too big on me, BUT I think you're absolutely right that it depends on your bust! I definitely think for the bustier people, you'd want to stay to your true size but I had to size down. For reference, I'm a 34b, 29" waist :)
