🧹Housekeeping Update🧹

Okay! So you may have noticed a new masterlist post, Masterlist 3 is live with all of the maxiel fics and ficlets i've posted since last summer (think Intoxicate and all the smut aus, and all the drabbles after the reality tv slut edit)

I've updated the Dewis Masterlist to include my landoscar, oscmark, hamilpinto, carlos/alex, and dantteri fics. I've also added the Dewis fics that I've written since last summer (think dirtbag proff lewis etc)

My pinned post has been updated with the new masterlist link. so everything is back in one central place.

Please let me know if you see an au that hasn't been linked besties! (I know about the mechanic daniel unlinked tag, the current tag isn't linking up right so its pulling all sorts of things including fics that aren't mine so I don't want to link that yet)

I honestly did NOT realize I had posted so many stories since the summer. I honestly have no concept of time lmao or self control maybe. anywho, I know everthing IS on my AO3 but I also like having them available #onhere.

alright, we've never spoken before but i gotta come here and ask: should i be rethinking my plan of watching 2521? i've been mostly ignoring your 2521 posts to avoid spoilers but at this point i've perceived enough to get scared 😶

SORA HI i’m sorry this is so late, i think you must have sent this just after i disappeared for a few weeks bc of deadlines dskjfkdfjhk ANYWAY better late than never...? 😭😭😭

okay well. as you’ve probably inferred, the ending of 2521 emotional sucker punch for pretty much everyone, and from what i’ve seen, people are quite split about the ending. however, apart from the ending, literally everyone agrees that the series as a whole was incredibly high quality--impeccably acted, cinematographically beautiful, well-scripted, with an engaging and emotionally powerful story and absolutely wonderful characters.

i definitely don’t regret watching it! honestly, it’s one of my favourite kdramas i’ve watched, and i’m going to hold the memory of it close for a very long time. also, after sitting with it for a few weeks, i’ve decided i actually really like the ending (even though it still hurts me). so yes, i do still recommend it--but if you start watching it and decide you’re not in a place to be punched in the face by bittersweet realism, then just stop at episode 13 :)

I need to know! Where do you get your pictures from your beyond master pieces of moodboards? I need to know for science!

I usually get them from pinterest and unsplash.com. I try to use unsplash as much as I can because it's a free stock photo site, and pinterest tends to have a lot of stolen pictures or photographs without credit. But the thing is unsplash doesn't always have niche or more specific images, or desi aesthetics that I use in moodboards a lot, so I have to use pinterest for those. If I'm desperate I just search on google. I sometimes have to do a lot of digging, or settle for something other than what I want, but I usually can find pictures.
