Hmm, I… I honestly don’t think there’s a real reason? Like, even if my shoes are dirty, and unless they’re soaked with rain or something, if they’re comfortable I’d rather not have to take them off and put slippers on instead or something. At some point you’re just gonna end up cleaning the rooms so why bother w walking around in clean shoes anyway

I sorta get that, and maybe it’s just because I’m used to walking around wearing just socks or being barefoot in the house, I just really don’t wanna live in the same house as people who wear their shoes inside when I don’t. Part of the reason I don’t wanna wear shoes inside is because I have been wearing ‘em all day and I don’t want my feet to smell like death by wearing them literally all day long without ever taking them off.
