Last night dnd session I covered in my tweets but I'll retype my tweets for you all to get this enjoyment.
1.Centaur cleric trying to save Rae: "This elf empty. YEET"
2.How to avoid underwater dungeons. Have barbarian and cleric decide to break through the floor.
3.Sorcerer: runs down hall ways with reckless abandoned.
Barbarian and Cleric: Have a break down trying to keep track of the more cautious and reasonable party member( the sorcerer most days)
4.Rae being pissed off and going full feral dragon with void anger at party, Survival first, leaving a temple that is crumbling and is full of fighting giants and weresharks, casting invisibility on herself and leaving "This elf empty. YEET"
5.Rae's highlight of the night. Rolling four natural twenties. Having only one of them count. And that roll was to intimidate the dragon possessing her to help her find her backpack.
Also Goliath barbarian got bone armor from some creepy good thing pretending to be the ghost of his friend. The least chaos inducing person was the centaur monk. And also we had two battles between party members. I had just cast feather fall when the centaur threw me and thus while everyone else had feather fall to keep them from taking damage, the sorcerer with the least amount of hit points had to slide down one a sheet of rock and hope I land in a pool of water. We avoid all traps and also the dwarf we were suppose to keep an eye out for. Rae's is pissed at the barbarian but she'll get over it. We gained a merfolk bard as a new party member. All in all technically successful mission.
“In which Lucille drags a secret agent to the police” Dnd people. Dnd. @dakfire
Cause I can talk about it now, Rae’s bonded her soul with that of a dragon. She talks to him a lot. Also admits to not knowing how to do magic until two years ago. We also went over a lot other character backstories, stopped a guy from doing stupid crime, turned in the necroplanter, went to capitol that is infested with silver dragons, shopped, more back story stuff, and ended with our centaur cleric going to go into a 2 v 3 without any player character support Also there is another green dragon near by that CONCERNS ME.
Rae got a cool scary mask and gloves of missile snaring. So now she’s extra fancy. However, did not manage to do well in fights.
5′3″ Elven woman strikes fear into a guard captain with her weird lizard eyes.
Highlights from the campaign last night. Gonna use character names from now on.
Lucien ( centaur monk) ends up talking to a wind spirit from two gods who have taken an interest in him.
We buy healing potions (all of my potions get used up in the fight)
We buy candies that is like 1/3 of a potion (I bought some hill giant strength that I have no use for and the others get fire breathing)
Lucille ( centaur cleric) actually gets information we need from a guy I terrified but didn't get a lot out of.
Raethran (me, the elven sorcerer) tries to silence her inner demons by sticking her head into a lake of evil water. It works as much as you think it would.
Mikael (human paladin) is sick and stays in tavern while we find and fight bad guy.
Dayvon (Goliath Barbarian) has magic healing! And gets knocked down by tidal wave that had I failed my throw would have instantly been unconscious before my first turn.
We take down big bag and I use my manacles to keep his hands behind his back and the others stuff cloth in his mouth cause spell caster.
We level up. I learn that our cleric is a grave cleric (super neat!), Still dont know what our barbarian is. Our monk is taking a homebrew subclass. I am gonna take invisibility as my spell as well as some other neat things. (Meta magic will be empowered and subtle) also now that we are level three and my hp is only 19 I will no longer try to do melee attacks. Rip.
Today my party took down the first big bad in our campaign. Basically doing a collective 100 damage in one and half rounds (that’s not what got him though). We were missing our paladin so it was Just me (the sorcerer), the cleric, the monk, and the barbarian. Granted he knocked out the cleric and monk, but knocked out himself as well. No more necromancy gardening for you sir! And we got to level up to level 3! Rae also stuck her head in cursed evil water for a solid two minutes and carried some of it in her flask (and her mouth). Didn’t set anything on fire either this time.
