Know the difference
Some of you meatheads need a quick reminder, there are two kinds of magic to be on watch for sorcery real actual magic.
Don't get me wrong a sorcerer is more than a match for any would-be night inquirer, they can pull tricks that can be just as deadly as any blank-body. But they're just that. People who know a few tricks.
A real magician, the awakened, they're worse by far. Reality is their play-thing. Physics, chemistry, math? Suggestions to the those who really know how to pull down the house. They have their fingers on the source-code for our world, and there know more than a dozen different commands that will change everything you've ever known.
A sorcerer might take over your mind, or blast you with the classic gout of fire, but an _awakened_ will change history such that no one recognizes your face, such that you never got that job, never met that girl, never even have a birth record. And that's the low level stuff.
