How are you making that texture pack (what client or site)?
I’m redrawing the blocks in Photoshop (cs6) and replacing the original Minecraft texture files in a zip folder. So, everything is being done locally on my computer.

The place we made them was amazingwristbands.com, and the wristbands themselves were in a dual layer style. They only have a limited number of color combos, so we were lucky with our selection.
