❝ ... i didn't realize this had spice in it. ❞ tongue sticks out of grusha's mouth momentarily as his eyebrows furrow, hand moving upwards to wave up &&. down in an attempt to calm the heat — this is what he gets for trying something new, he supposes. medali wasn't on his list of places he'd planned to be in today to begin with, but when his mother needs ingredients &&. his siblings are otherwise occupied with their own lives or whatever, it wasn't like he has much of a choice. of course, running into larry wasn't part of the plan, either — nor did grusha entirely care to try to make any type of real conversation aside from a brief 'hello' in the middle of the street ( &&. he was sure the feeling was mutual, all things considered. ) yet with everything he's heard of the treasure eatery from others over the years, he pauses in thought as he watches the other man walk in its direction — how long will it be until he's in medali again for something ? would he remember to try this place next time if he does come back, or would it slip his mind again ? &&. so grusha eventually decides to just bite the bullet &&. shamelessly follow the other man in, hands stuffed in his pockets as he figures that being acquaintances shouldn't be as awkward as if they didn't know each other at all. hopefully. maybe sitting at least one seat away from him at the bar wouldn't be as weird. as careful as he was to try to avoid initiating any actual interaction, he finds himself glancing over in larry's direction for a brief moment.
