"You're being so annoying right now..." Lizzy to Wyatt

"Oh?" Wyatt challenged, his grin deepening against her neck, pressing another round of kisses just below her ear. He had snuck up behind her while she'd been rifling through their fridge, wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her to him. He had just gotten out of a shower and the towel around his waist was loose, but who was he to pass up an opportunity like this when it was right in front of him? His not-girlfriend was still clad in her little workout set from earlier.

If he was a sappy dude, he would make up some nonsense about how he'd missed her in their 30 minutes apart. Hell, if he thought she would've apppreciated that kinda crap, he would've lied through his teeth. Anything to make her happy, you know? But she wasn't that girl, he wasn't that guy, and the truth wasn't that he missed her...but that he had certain, explicit thoughts of her in his time bathing. And now they were all he could think about. There was no way she couldn't feel that.

"You've been annoying all day." He countered, "All week, even. Isn't it my turn to return the favor?" Wyatt didn't even wait for a response as he gently tugged on the hem of her biker shorts, willing her body to face his chest to chest. He tried to smile as innocently as he possibly could.

Even if the scowl on her face was teasing (or, at least, he hoped it was), Wyatt still held his hands up in mock defense. "Okay, okay...how about this?" He proposed, settling her hands back on her sides, his expression softening ever so slightly. "Why don't I leave you alone to go shower yourself - or not - and then afterwards, instead of grilling, we head back to civilization so someone else can make our dinner?"

It wasn't often he proposed going back on the grid unless absolutely necessary. They were very meticulous about their grocery hauls, tried to make every essential last unless ridiculous - but every now and then it was clear they needed to be around others. And while Wyatt would argue tonight wasn't necessarily one of those nights...well, he just felt like enjoying himself with Lizzy anyways.

          He sighed, glancing to the ground andwandering what to do about the complicated situation he was involved in. It wasclear it was his entire fault, of course; he had been an irresponsible shit whohad forgotten that he and his girlfriend were supposed to meet, and instead hehad gotten drunk and left Elizabeth waiting for about two hours until she gottired of waiting and went home.

          Ciel had definitely made the blondeupset and now the girl wouldn’t let him even touch her. They had been sleepingin separate beds for at least three days in a row, and this was gettingterribly unnerving for Ciel, who didn’t know what else to do in order to showthe girl how sorry he was. “Lizzy, please, I told you I’m sorry. I wasn’tfeeling well that day, I hadn’t eaten since the day before and I starteddrinking because I was feeling like shit and I got drunk with two fuckingglasses of whisky because I’m that stupid, right?!” But he wouldn’t tell thegirl about the reasons why he had been feeling so bad lately.

          That was a very well-kept secret thathis girlfriend wasn’t supposed to know yet.
