After a lot of tweaking, here is my updated “Standard” style commission post, a run-of-the-mill character-focused style with several tiers to choose from! Since it's about displaying characters, any backgrounds or props will be minimal. You can request small splashes of color in the “sketch” & “ink” tiers.

Full Body: Head-to-toe poses. Everything else is up to you. Bust: Poses artistically cropped anywhere from the bottom of the rib cage up to the collar bone, whatever works best (arms optional). Allows for more detail. Chibi: An extremely stylized & shape-conscious style not limited to cuteness.

Sketch Lines: The lightest option; anything could happen. Can be done with a soft brush or a cleaner hard brush. Ink: More refined than a sketch; can be done with hard inks or simple toning. Flat Color: As advertised with some minor airbrushing or gradients. Fully Shaded: Shadows and highlights added in a clean 'cel shading' style with some soft airbrushing/gradients.

No NSFW or pairings between minors & adults (even aged up)

maybe it's just me but..... i can see a simple solution being how sotsu ends.... bc, in the og higurashi it was small little, seemingly insignificant things, that made the biggest change in how things played out. bc you know the doll whether it was given to mion or rena determined whether it sparked shion to play out meakashi-hen or not. and whether akasaka heeded rika's warning determined whether his wife died or not. stuff like that. i know it's like a controversial opinion for me to have (since when i've expressed this before ppl got upset at me) but like.... i feel like higurashi has already been structured to resolve the heaviest conflicts in the most simple ways? so it's not too out of left field for the resolution of sotsu to be like that... and i'm not saying the solution will be the most satisfying of them all but i definitely believe it will be something very simple...
