Hizashi had been breaking out into cold sweats and panic attacks as of late and today was no different. He trembled as he fell to his knees, hands on the ground to support him as his body shook. His hair was down and covering the left side of his face to hide the scars that haunted him. He gasped for air and it wouldn’t fill his lungs. The tinnitus in his ears was ringing at full blast like annoying bells that wouldn’t stop ringing and Hizashi felt like he was...

Drowning.

The more he gasped for air, the more he felt like he was going to lose consciousness. He tried to speak but his words would not escape. Everything was so fresh. Everything was so new. His failure was blasted everywhere—everyone knew. Present Mic let out a psychopath. He couldn’t show his face at U.A right now. His license was revoked, and his air time on the radio was hanging by a small string.

He tensed for a moment as he hear the familiar voice of a friend and colleague, green eyes looking up slowly to meet with blue. Another wave of negative emotions washed over him. He didn’t need more judgement. He was afraid he was going to get more judgement...and he didn’t need any judgment from Toshinori.

Though his words were oddly soothing, the Voice Hero couldn’t...believe them. Alright...? Alright!? How could he be so...positive.
