I'm sorry did you say celebrities made posts about your dad??! I don't know why but that's so funny to me, what was even his job? Was he like a script-writer, a makeup artist, costume designer, or...? I just can't imagine why some random ass Hollywood people would get worked up over a guy like that
Word I don't think it was celebrities who made the posts, it was just other people who work in Hollywood's industry in various positions. He was an actor for small parts and in some cases a double on some fairly major films, mostly back in the early 2000s, which means the industry/Hollywood 'knows' him but people overall don't. He wasn't in enough stuff to get rich and famous or anything, just to become known around Los Angeles/Hollywood with people in film. He also did theater over like a 20ish(?) year period in my hometown, and there was drama over the years with him and the theater community there. That theater community in particular has said crazy shit about him like that he spreads STDs on purpose (he doesn't even have them 😂), that he hates women, that he hates men, that he hates other actors, that he's violent, like literally just whatever they can think of I guess? And they, too, love to make it about sex and relationships, because what better topic to rile up a crowd? I know a big parallel between what happened to him and what happened to me is that he ended a bad relationship with a woman and the theater community turned on him about it because they were both actors and she had more connections and very few ppl who disliked her. Sadly she and my dad ended up on okay terms with each other when she moved out of the country, but the theater community doesn't care because they need their drama, right! All that actually happened around 2014-16 if my memory serves, I'd have to ask him. The Los Angeles drama was older, maybe like late 2000s. Just more examples of groups of people thinking private lives are public business if you hate the person enough, I guess!
