Fox wakes up gasping, the smoke of Geonosis thick in his throat. Confused as hell. Kix walks off the transport onto the Resolute, heart in his throat, wanting to save his brothers. And Cody, doesn't tell us when he wakes up, but he's out for blood. Anyone's will do.
The clones wake up at the beginning of the war with their memories. There are a lot of feelings, and plans about it. They certainly aren't going to wait for the Jedi to do anything about it.
