Sometimes I feel like I'm just a lost kid,
----stumbling through these towns,
[stuck between the waves.]
Nothing feels the same.

[ — after all this time, deanna’s still afraid of mom. can’t really blame her. means she’s not changed — maybe i’m relieved by that. still a princess with green eyes - that’s what she is, but after all, she’s really family to me. she’s stubborn and a goddamn jerk but i can’t help myself. she’s precious to me — and i wonder if she sees that. everytime she & sam leave i’m afraid that will be the last time i’ll see her. but geez - she’s just as fierce as strong-headed.
& i forgive her. for everything she’s done and will do. ]
Send me a ♖ for a hastily written ‘good-bye’ letter from my character to yours.
She knows there’s not much time left — not much before she has to go on her own and never turn back to look at what’s left of the past. It’s a piece of ruined paper, might not even be worth anything as an item itself — but the fastly words written on it do. Jo made sure to leave it on driver’s side of the dear Impala, and she left with feet moving quickly, knowing she’d read it soon.
{ You told me to not go huntin’ by myself — and then I did. Actually, you told me not to do a lot of things - and casually, I did ‘em all. And then, at some point, you thought that maybe you didn’t deserve to be loved and I saw that — but then, I did that too.
Maybe you should have said to never stay, huh? }
Send me a ⊗ for my thoughts OOC on your character
outofcharacter. oh my gosh where do i begin. let’s start with the fact that i love dean — but i have the worst weak spot for deanna. i just cannot help, i love her in so many ways i just. & addition to that, dis lady bear here plays her perfectly. i just love every interactions, from little one-liners to long paras and so on. i just stop myself to read her posts whenever they pop up on my dash. — going back to deanna, i just cannot pick only an aspect of her that intrigues me, it’s just a big love for her, and lemme say how much genderbends versions of supernatural characters make me weep like. |:

Abaddon had already seen metaphorical ghosts of her past in seeing Henry Winchester the day prior; and she had much work to set in motion in reigning over Hell -- given her disappointment in the sheer notion that Crowley had held the throne. Not to mention all the flightless birds wandering about, making things more complicated. And here was yet another thing to make her long day, conceivably longer.
“Would you look at that... --”
Red lips pursed with a combination of amusement and the delicacy of confusion around the edges that could be mistaken for perhaps upset. The righteous, well, woman had come to her -- for what reason? Nothing she presumed would excite her. It was certainly not exactly something the redhead far from expected to encounter today. “Let me guess, last time got you all hot and bothered,” a smirk played like the devil's wings to tug at the corners of her lips, “-- and you're in the mood for round two already?”
To Have A Home || soshallshebreak
She had settled into the house. She had settled into a decent sized house with Jesse, managing mostly on Jesse's money, and the small jobs that Samantha could get. The scholarship helped a little, just a little with paying for school as well. She had settled into a pattern, into the way the world was set up.
College was good. College was wonderful. She felt intelligent and was flying through lessons, getting good grades. Sure, it was stressful sometimes, but she was doing well, and she had Jesse, who was nice and handsome. Who worked out and was fit, who could lift her over his shoulder and drag her off towards the bedroom or to make sure she stopped studying and ate.
She had been through a lot, she had been through the bad relationship with Brady- which ended with his drugs, and had led her to Jesse. The world revolved around him now- the way her world once revolved around her family.
Now though, she was in bed, It had been a long day full of lessons and friends - ending with dinner, and sex. She had collapsed in bed, neither of them dressed when she first hear the noise. Something downstairs. She had never truly stopped being a hunter, not really. The twenty two year old girl had sat up, letting the blankets fall away, revealing that she was naked. She had the red marks on her thighs from a nice roll around, a bite on her shoulder- but she was still hunter enough with the time going by, that she grabbed the baseball bat from their day out with friends after getting dressed, starting down the stairs.
Each step was careful, quiet. She word Jesse's shirt- the logo from the local bar across the front, pain splattered on the front, small holes along it- and superman boxers.

There was one thing Sam kept thinking as he walked, and walked, and walked. There was something about going to another place, another behind the scenes setting of the world that broke him down a little more. He was a little harder in attitude than he had been before he left, but he just kept telling him one thing to make it easier.
He was done with hunting. Finally, he was done. As far as he was considered. Retired. No more deals with demons, no more hell or angels, or monsters- no more exploding business men, no more lies and cases. No more. Not for him. Maybe for Garth, for other hunters, for whoever took over Bobby's spot as connection between hunters. They needed hunters in the world to keep people safe, yes.
But Sam? Sam was so tired he couldn't feel anything but wanting to get to his sister, and hoping to no one in particular she was alright. It had been a year of fighting, a year of stumbling through woods, making deals with vampires, always afraid he had made the wrong choice. It was a full year of getting Castiel, of arguing with him on getting him to leave- it had been a full damn year, and Sam wanted a house.
He wanted a two story house. With a yard. And a dog. He wanted the mail to come to his mail box every day, and he wanted to have to go grocery shopping every week because Deanna would eat everything they had. He wanted to have to do small repairs around the house with Deanna that would make them both grumble. He wanted an air conditioner that wasn't just in the window, and a heater. He wanted a tv that wasn't grainy- he wanted to live... somewhere.
He wanted a life.
He was the living dead, again. He was pretty sure he was here. It could be another dream, it really could, but this didn't feel that hopeless. He could have never left hell, that was always a possibility, but purgatory? That grounded him to reality. No more doubts about that. It felt completely different from hell. Hopeless, but in a different way.
Right now, though. Right now he wanted to sleep for three days in a bed, and not wake up at every noise.
He knew that wasn't going to happen though.
He wanted to forget that there was hell, heaven, and purgatory, and that he had been to all three. He didn't even want to go to Heaven. He wanted to die and blink out at the end of a life of nothing. Of nothing stranger than not knowing what was blocking up the sink- and playing it safe.
Oh, he knew it was all impossible, there were too many things that wanted to kill them, just for what they'd done in the past. For what he'd done. But now- he had to get to his sister, and that was all that mattered, and after that, he'd figure out where reality took him. He knew he didn't get what he wanted.
Having stolen a car shortly after coming out of purgatory, he'd scavenged through it, found enough money for an outfit from a good will. It had been hard to find clothes that fit him, and the undershirt was too small, but he was dealing with it. Then the car had run out of gas- and now he was just trying to get to Bobby's.
Deanna might not be there, there was no guarantee. But as he walked up the stairs, he knew at least it would be somewhere he could gather himself for a few days to actually find her. Pushing his hair from his face, he looked over the cars, feeling the familiar stabbing pain of missing Bobby as he walked.
He was home- but it wasn't the home he really wanted.
