Ok this title is literally perfect for a Dexter fic. Like he’s so deceptive & cruel as fuck but he’s also so fucking nice & caring. If I wrote this I feel like I would go down the route of a good ol’ fashioned tickle fight between Dexter & Deb. They’re pretty evenly matched but then she gets the upper hand & gets his knees. He’s cackling & wheezing & calls for a truce, & Deb naively accepts it & lets her guard down. He waits to get his breath back & then tackles her to the ground targeting all her worst spots. It would probably end with a cheesy line where Dexter says something like “Oh Deb, you should know better than to trust me.”
I am just really into Dexter right now, he easily climbed to the top of my favorite fictional lers crushes
