"Happy Birthday!" "Thanks! I hate it!" No but actually don't like my birthday at all. All these super high expectations for it to be a magical day centered around you & the presents and cake and a party and it's just...a lot. Couple that with three (3) relationships ending a couple days before or ON my birthday (ikr? #sotrash ) sprinkled with frigid weather and seasonal depression... what is there to like really?😂 So instead I started to travel. Dallas, Morocco, Portugal, Miami, anywhere to get a much needed Vitamin D fix & now I can’t imagine celebrating any other way.
