        “No!” Yuna gasps, summons enough shame to wrap her arms around her chest. Her lower regions are left unprotected, but it’s a start. “Why are you staring? It’s like you’ve never seen a girl with bandaids on her bits before! Geez, open a magazine sometime!” She’s shifting awkwardly, unsure what to do, how to proceed. “I’ll have you know, this is very fashion-forward.” It would have all been fine if he hadn’t called attention specifically to her outfit—or lack thereof.

Cain had heard of these places before. “Arcades” as they called them, were super popular hangout spots around the world where people could sit, have some rather greasy yet tasty food, drinks, and talk. The main attraction was obviously the dozens of virtual games that Cain had never seen before. Flashing lights and electronic sounds were ever-present all around as Cain entered, looking for a great time. He’d definitely have to bring Gran here sometime for some fun, as he was sure Gran would love it.

The swordsman spotted multiple groups of merrymakers, laughing, yelling competitively at each other, and teasing to their hearts’ content. This put Cain in a good mood. As he rounded a corner, he noticed someone in a beanie hat playing alone. Maybe he’d be able to give Cain some more context about an amusing place like this.

“Ah, yo!” Cain’s arm snaked around the other’s shoulders, Cain completely ignoring any personal space rules that should have been in place. “What are you playing? Is there room for one more?”

He offers a soft grin. She bought it. “I appreciate you believe my level of hacking goes as far, but I don’t think I’d be able to hack into a bank’s security system like that. It’s not my expertise.” That was a lie.

Even though she doesn’t fully believe him or trust what he’s saying, but she still wants to work with him despite all of that. A soft groan escaped her as she shifts awkwardly, looking at him. She knew just how strong his skills are, but she had no proof.

“I... well, I think you could.”

          “AAAH !!! Loner, what are you doing here, meow?! “ Company that he was not expecting had managed to sneak up behind the young boy, startling him and making him jump a good couple feet away from him. Cautious of course, he immediately raised his guard, and his startled expression was quick to turn into a glare.  “ I-- I mean, of course I knew you were there, woof!! Anyone with a decent sense of smell would know where you are at all times, meow! “ Seems he’s hiding something behind his back too! Was that... paper rustling?

WHY ? -  HECK YEAH I DO ! ! ! ! i think i followed because i saw you on the yttd rp tag ? i don’t really remember because i have memory but ! ! i remember being mega happy to see a new sou blog around & grew Extra mega happy when we started talking & started to think about plots for them because ! ! ! god they had such little interactions in canon & i would Die for more content between the two ( especially w/ who alice killed & stuff ). DO WE WRITE / DO I WANT TO WRITE WITH THEM ? - yeah we do ! ! ! we have a thread going on that idr who’s turn it was to reply to ( imma have to check after this, but whoever’s turn it was-- there’s no hurry ! ) buT GOD we haven’t plotted out too much but ? ? from what we’ve talked about them thus far ? i love it. adore it. it’s a treuce / friendship i hadn’t expected for alice to have but i would certainly love to do more stuff with them ! ! ! i’m hella down to multiple threads whenever you have the time for them / whenever i’m not too Slow with them bc i’m a complete & utter snail whoops AN AU IDEA FOR OUR MUSES - a verse ! ! !! ! where the game never happened ! ! ! where alice never killed anyone & is still a college student & they met out in real life somewhere-- & heck, maybe even became friends ! i’m just so down with what if scenarios where certain things that made their life Shit didn’t happen, helping them interact with more ease ! in that sort of verse, alice would be much more approachable & open about how he feels ( though still plenty ready to distance himself should he start to grow insecure / as if he’s sharing too much of himself ), but god the two just, hanging out in such a world would be so good ! ! ! A SONG FOR OUR MUSES - OOF OKAY i’m bad at songs & i don’t think i can come up with one for them right now ? ? ? but i wanted to say that there’s one song that i listen to that kind of ? reminds me of sou & it’s friendly fire by nothing more. iDK LYRICS LIKE “ I don't care how you see my life “ you haven't witnessed it / use fear as a weapon, and pity as a whip / convince everyone around / that I'm a piece of shit “ & just the whole betray me even though we’re on the same side thing just gives me very big sou vibes on how he views everyone during the game ? especially with how he thinks sarah is tricking him / his enemy & how she’s turning everyone against him & stuff like oof. DO I SHIP OUR MUSES ? - I DON’T KNOW ! ! ! do i ship them as friends / business-like partners ? absolutely ! based on what we’ve plotted, they work really well together, & i’m excited to see where it could go because ! ! ! if it does go somewhere romantic, i’d be down to shipping them, but if it doesn’t, then that’s fine too ! ! ! ! i’m just glad they’re actually getting some interaction outside of just canon stuff so you bet imma take everything i can ihjknmgESD WHAT DO I THINK ABOUT THE MUN ? - i thINK YOU’RE PRETTY SWEET ! ! !  like i haven’t talked with you all that much, especially lately ( which i should change soon bc i’m Slow with im’s ) but from what we’ve talked ? ? ? yeah hi ily. i know things might be a bit rough where you are rn because of irl things but ! ! ! i really hope life gets easier for you & i’M MEGA GLAD ? ?
