Hey everyone!

I have an idea, it might work or it may not, depending on how stupid you all think this idea is, but i'd like to give it a shot if you don't mind helping me out with it?

What i'm asking: Would you mind sending in some asks with random nature facts that you find interesting, fun, cool, creepy or just in general exciting? Even if or especially, if you think it might be boring for someone else. Even if you think it's a well known fact. Plants, animals, mushrooms, environmental stuff, even space. Anything as long as it's nature related. As many as you like.

As for the why: I'd love to do some art beyond ST fanart (besides still doing that as well) and it helps when i have some general direction. But i also enjoy learning stuff and this way it could be combined? Depending on how many (if any at all) comes in, would dictate how quick and frequent would they be but in general i'd do them spaced out a bit, not all at once, mainly to give myself time to do them.

So my trade offer is: you give me a nature fact and i give you a small drawing related to or inspired by it in addition everyone else would have random illustrated fun facts on their dash occasionally

Maybe I'd like FitzMolly more if Hobb had spent ANY time developing Molly as a character in Assassin's Apprentice, but in RoyAss I genuinely cannot see Fitz's love for her as anything more than childish and immature. It's giving... dare I say... shonen anime...

It's actually rather depressing when you realize that for so many men, it doesn't even cross their minds to care about fictional characters who aren't male. Like at all. I know this isn't true for all men because I thankfully grew up with a dad and older brother who view women as people but just. trying to talk to the average male fan of any mainstream media is absolutely dismal because it just doesn't occur to them that the female characters are meant to be seen as equally "people" as the male characters. It's totally normal and acceptable and "right" for women to have a plethora of favorite characters who are male, but a man having a favorite female character for any reason besides being sexually attracted to her is somehow an outlandish idea. I'm tired.
