Who have you become?

This was me just over a year ago.....I wanted to share this with you as I wanted to inspire you of what is possible if you BELIEVE and LOVE yourself - you can achieve anything :)

I was living in Sydney with my boyfriend at the time. Prior to this I left my job working at Selfridges in fashion retail as I was very unhappy and lost in my life. I started to question my life and who I was. I knew there was more to life and myself so I went seeking to learn more.

So in Sydney I was working as a waitress in various restaurants and cafes as this was familiar to me and a good earner over there. It was a time for me to explore myself at a deeper level.....

I didn't realise how much this experience would dramatically change my life. The first 4 months were extremely challenging as I felt deep loneliness, feeling lost and homesick I would sit in my dark room for hours watching Netflix as the sun shone bright outside. My jobs would change every month due to lack of hours at cafes and places letting me go.

I was dealing with REJECTION all the time. This made it extremely challenging to feel settled and secure. Although I was with my boyfriend I felt like I was on my own. Because of moving jobs so often it was hard to make friends and establish relationships.I have realised that so much of the strength I now have comes from this experience.

ITS OK TO FAIL BECAUSE THAT MEANS YOU ARE LEARNING.

'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger'

This experience was truly life changing for me and it has made me the person I am today. So I want you to celebrate how far you have come, we often forget to do this! Where were you a year ago? What have you experienced since then that has made you who you are today?

The highs and lows along the way are what makes life interesting, so celebrate the lessons you have learnt along the way.
