There’s a fictional narrative I have for the server I play on, and this is my backstory for the persona I have on there. It works in a lot of shit I have irl (that I’m inherently soulless, I destroy everything, you know fun things) and was really helpful to vent-write. It’s also the first thing I’ve finished in forever, so I’m really proud of myself!

"Dark I have to wonder, have you ever possessed another person before? Or.. are you capable of that?" There was a pause. They bite their lip as they thought harder, "I'm curious since I recall you saying you usually get others to do the work for you. So would possessing another person's body be a thing for you to do?" they tilt their head to the side as they continue thinking about the question. "I'm sorry if I'm asking too much."

Dark chuckled at the timid behavior, but did not comment about it, as it seemed to be a waste to mutter such a thing when more important words had to be spoken.

“I have not possessed anyone, no. When I was a Figment purely bound to Mark, I was devoted to his mind and mind alone. I had absolutely no choice in the matter of who I got to be with or whose subconscious I festered inside. I was stuck to Mark, like a gun to a hip, and I was like a slave to his desires and his needs. But I was happy then, as happy as I was allowed to be, at least. Now that I am my own… thing. My own entity, I see no purpose in the matter. Attempting to use such a burst of energy to literally latch myself to a subconscious would drain the energy that I’ve been saving. I need it all for when I break free from my prison and return to physical form.”

Dark cast a wary glance towards the empty space, nose scrunched as he took a quick sniff, somehow the sniff sounding oddly disappointed.

“When I stated I get others to do the work for me, I meant it regarding persuasion and influence. Others are HAPPY to do it for me because of how I am to them. One particular Figment… however, seems to enjoy getting things done in a less appealing, more messy way. If you want to ask questions about possession, go see him.”

A/N: Now i don’t consider myself to be any hotshot author, and this was written a year ago, so prepare for poor, LOOONG writing.

Once upon a time, there were 4 friends Callie, Soul, Chester and Alex (Frost) And they would waste away the days playing and chatting with eachother online Until one day People started.... Disappearing One by one, the friends lost eachother Until only 1 was left Callie She went walking to clear her head from the grief of the loss of her friends And then, all the sudden, she looked up And was gone timeskip of dreams and cat orgys Callie woke up She was in a forest She saw her other friends lying there she quickly woke them up They cried and had an awkwardly long group hug All the sudden, Words appeared in the sky "Once you complete your Final Frontier, You may leave. Lose anyone, and you start over" "Stage 1, Oceanic Frontier" We all woke up on a boat in the middle of a calm sea Strangely, we knew how to drive it Everyone was frantically looking around for the ignition key and brakes Then. They were all hit with a wave of dizziness One by one, facts about where they were, and who they were supposed to be playing (ya know, like assassins creed) came to them Soul, The captains possessor, Stood up "Everyone to your stations!" Soul rushed to the wheel Callie rushed to the crows nest Frost rushed to the bathroom And Chester ran to the kitchen And the magically appearing Clem was stationed as a guard, with a sword, who has totally been here the whole time Callie suddenly shouted "LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANDY DANDY DOO!" She was so shocked , she fell into cardiac arrest Soul shouted "Quick, She Needs C P ARRRRR" in a pirate voice Chester quickly ran over and poured a bucket of cold water on her She woke up And had no cardiac problems ever again Everyone stood up and muttered, "Well, Chester Op." Everyone was shot with tranquilizer darts aside from frost, who REEEAAALLLY needed to go to the washroom Frost returned And, Resisting the urge to Tea bag them all, grabbed the remnants of chesters bucket, whacked them all over the head with it They woke up With slight headaches but at least they're alive and concious And then, suddenly Pineapples were discovered by clem, sitting in a barrel He shouted to call them over " Hey guys look at this!" Chester said "AH! It's JARED" Callie, who had gone back up the crows nest, Started screaming "BLACK! BLAAAAACK!" "BLACK CLOUDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDZZZZZZZZZZZZ" Timeskip of Chesters Chest hair They were all hanging on for dear life The waves grew rougher than a trip to Finn and Jareds dungeon The sky turned black as night Then, all of the sudden, the boat stopped rocking. The waves stopped thrashing The sky turned sexy And then, when everything was calm... And then, when everything was calm, They were gone. Soul woke up on the forest clearing from before She looked around, all her friends were standing up Except one. Clem, was gone // (Jared is there, pretend he was there last time) "Once you complete your Final Frontier, You may leave. Lose anyone, and you start over." They all passed out again They woke up Then proceeded to pass out once more Then woke up They found themselves in a dimly lit dungeon They looked down to find, Robes Wizard robes Frost's were Royal blue and silver, and were dissolving into snowflakes at the end, with a trail of frost behind him, Soul's were red and burgandy, disolving into small (HARMLESS) embers with a trail of pink ash behind her Callies were Violet and silver, dissolving into small purple petals with a trail of small (2 cm) plants growing behind her Jareds were Green with yellow trim, Dissolving into small sparks, with a trail of magnetic dust behind him Chesters were Light brown with a caramel trim, dissolving into wisps, with a trail of shortly glowing white dust behind him // (Chapter 1 (The boat) had no main character // (This one Chapter 2 ( the potential) is gonna be chesters chapter) They all looked around, and saw that they were in a cell They suddenly felt dizzy They each were filled with the knowledge of their possessed Soul was the Ranged attacker Callie was the healer Frost was the elemental Jared was the melee slut And Chester, being the latest one to discover his powers, was unrealized potential, with the ability to flick blinding lights That is all that is known so far about Chester is his light ability The evil Hx3rz were approaching They shot out of the cell Running for their lives Their Trails making it hard to follow Only the general, MrTaffy, could follow He flew over the flaming grass (Soul and callies trails) But Jared thought fast "Everyone grab onto me robes!" He quickly activated his power of being quick He ran as fast as a cheetah, And Frost created a drill made of ice in front of them They broke through the side of a mountain Flinging, off a cliff, into the clouds below They Passed Out . They woke up. in a forest clearing. but the trees were Spruce, not oak like the starting clearing They all scrambled to their feet Frost pacing around soul to make sure it doesnt catch on fire "ZNAP RETWALTZ BAZINGA BRELOOM" They heard from the shadows It was JAREDS MOM She quickly ran away injesting trees as she went She dived off a cliff Jared followed They. Passed.Out. Soul woke up and screamed "WHAAAAA" "WHEEEEAAAATLLEEEEEEYYY" She had had a vision They Woke Up In an oak clearing Writing in the sky, same as always They. Passed. Out.

Soul, Bobert, Callie and Frost Woke up. They quickly stood up, and realized....... They were on a cloud They looked up, And saw a terrifying sight A great Stone giant, loomed over them, weilding a mighty Scythe They looked around, for an escape, but they were impossibly high up, the cloud being the only thing between them and a darude death.(edited) The Stone Giant Lowered its head so its eyes were on their level A loud, Booming voice muttered, "Choose." "Choose on of your own, to die.  If you Choose correctly, They will survive, and bring a friend. Choose wrong, and They die, along with the friend.   Choose wisely" // Soul, Bobert, Callie. Choose someone out of the 4 of us to die. // It will be a vote
