I used the footage I filmed from weeks ago of different people reading quotes from two high profile individuals: Donald Trump and Neil DeGrasse Tyson. 

I layered three recorded voices over one another in Audacity to create an irritating, grating sound snippet, which I hope to blare through a speaker as I project the video loops I made yesterday onto wall space. I hope the installation will capture the opposing views on climate change; each individual not allowing the other to speak.

I used two recordings of the quote from Donald Trump, and layered softly spoken people together, while I had the third person’s voice alone for Neil DeGrasse Tyson’s quote as her voice was quite animated. I liked the contrast between the softly spoken people and the more animated individuals who I filmed.

The quotes revolved around climate change and where as follows:

‘Is there climate change? Yeah. Will it go back like this? I mean, will it change back. Probably, that’s what I think. I believe it goes this way, and I believe yes, uh, man, meaning...us people; men and women, to be politically correct, but - cause everyone says “man” but we have to add women to that one too...’

A hidden small talk between Connor and Hank in Jimmy’s bar:

Hank: “After you.” 

Connor: “After YOU!”

Hank: ”whatever.”

I found this free cam tool (made by Otis_Inf on patreon) doesn’t work on audios when it pauses the game, but could keep audios play even they were cut short in the game. So my friend Tiliya found that if Connor bought Hank a drink in the bar, this small talk above will happen after Hank asking “did you just say homicide?” 

My friend recorded this with a Connor mod replacing Hank.
