(Heya, told you I would pop in. Just needed to do something beforehand. ;3)

Phoenix has always hated asking others for something after all.

“Hm?” Starhawk’s stabilizers perked and he turned his attention down to the other, his eyes widening in surprise. It felt like months since he last was approached by someone who wasn’t made of squishy flesh and brittle bone. He offered the young stranger a friendly smile as he turned to face them.

“Oh hey! No, you’re not bothering anybody, don’t worry,” he ignored the shout of complaint from the organic who had been trying to talk Hawk into giving them a free ride to someplace (‘as if’), “lost, eh? Maybe I can help you out. The nearest bar is a short walk from here, I can lead you there.”

It’s not stupid and thank you for asking! Although I do not have a true summary of the au, I am willing to make one!

In a humanoid universe, where magic, mythical creatures, and pirates live, THIS is how the pirateformers au began. Originally, it was going to be an au with just pirates and sirens, but grew into more of myths being real and being so much more. Some of the big names in transformers are mentioned, but they are not focused on due to this just being an au where everyone has creative liberty with the ocs.

Some of the big characters mentioned are Optimus Prime, Megatron, Elita One, Bumblebee, Rodimus Prime/Hot Rod, Fortress Maximus, Megatronus, Unicron, Primus, Knockout, Breakdown, Overlord, and even Sunder! Someone of the characters have human names, while others just go by their own original names. For instance, Knockout goes by Kevin and Breakdown goes by Brynjolf (Bryn for short) thanks to @ezra-iolite

There are many lands and kingdoms, granted it is still being worked on, so some don’t have official names. We have Kingdom of Primus (rules by King Optimus and Queen Elita), Kingdom of Unicron (Ruled by King Megatronus), The Tundra, The Wetlands, Death’s Touch (the cold uninhabited areas like the north and south poles of the world, only Grim Reapers can survive there, I’ll get into all the races in a minute), The Forest, The Islands, Joka Ardhi ( @ezra-iolite contribution to the au, and is how we grew close and happy to call her one of my partners) she has made a whole culture for the land, their work is amazing! I would highly advise asking them about Joka Ardhi since she has more knowledge of the land), then the Acropolis (name is pending and is actually made by my other partner! He is still is working on it BUT him and Ezra have tied their two lands together through history and it’s really neat, I want to post about it when everything is put together!).

Races range from humans to sirens to thunderbirds to even dragon descendants named Dragonkin (Ezra’s original work there). All mythical creatures have an evolutionary ability to disguise as human, this is due to humans (many, but not all) hunting them for medicine and rituals. All hunters train and choose what creature they want to hunt, gaining a title of their creature hunting. So, if a siren was being hunted, that would be a “Siren hunter” and so on. Curses also exist in this au, many humans and creatures have been cursed and therefore even cursed humans get hunted for their own reasons by curse hunters who believe that a human soul should be freed from their eternal tournament of living in a cursed body. Some races even have ancestor races. Dragonkins are descendants of dragons and sirens are descendants of the Precursors (just giant sirens really).

Gender and sexuality even exist in this au, humans are not open to the idea, but some races have existed for so long they have the magic for one to become the gender they wish to be. Many races also believe in loving who you want, but we don’t have religious influence from the Kingdom of Unicron AND Primus where humans come from that are restricting with any gender or sexuality.

But basically to sum it up, the main story focuses on the Immortal Sun, a ship that was captained by Solclave ( @dimorphodon-x ‘s OC) and his crew found a baby siren, Elbent (my oc) that was “abandoned”, but in reality her parents fought off Sunder due to their lineage being connected to the sirenic temple (a temple that holds much knowledge and if in the wrong hands could end terribly for all life, still working on that though). So, Elbent grew up on a pirate ship where Solclave cared for her and trained her to take over as captain. Once she was ready, Elbent became captain and swore the ship would accept all races and even the cursed, the ship being a haven for all. The Immortal Sun wasn’t like the Decepticon pirates (ran by Megatron), they had morals and rules, but the Autobot navy (battleships for the Kingdom of Primus) still saw them as pirates. The story follows basically Elbent and her friends, showing them all finding love, some having kids, but also fighting the big bads in the world, along with overcoming trauma from the past.

If you have any questions on a specific topic, I am willing to answer them since this was just to sum it up. I know I’m probably missing something, but at the moment this is what is coming off the top of my head.
