Like Time in Inception (2010), Safe Now is also the last track for the score of Captain Phillips (2013), with similar chord and volume progression. The striking similarities between these two tracks may be that, like many other contemporary popular composers, Henry Jackman was/is a member of a group of composers that often closely work with Hans Zimmer on the same projects as additional music composers. Sometimes uch artists, when they choose to work separately, follow Zimmer’s famous chords, whether they do it knowingly or not. In this instance Zimmer was given special thanks by Jackman in end credits of the movie. [x]
