Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free rice noodles. 1/2 cup dried split red lentils. 1/4 cup dried minced vegetables gluten-free. 1 tablespoon gluten-free vegetable bouillon powder. 1 teaspoon dried herbs thyme, rosemary, or basil. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 1 bay leaf.
Instructions: Put the ingredients in a clean, dry quart-sized mason jar in this order: Noodles of rice Red lentils that have been dried and split Dried vegetable mince Powder made from vegetables Dried herbs Salt Pepper Chili powder Powdered onion Bay leaf Add a lid to the jar and close it tightly. To make the soup, pour everything from the jar into a large pot. Bring the pot to a boil with 4 cups of water. Turn down the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the noodles and lentils are soft. Before you serve, take out the bay leaf.
