to be fair, heather was quite dead by the time he could consider it.

This is true, but from what little we know about them, I don't think it would have ever been a great romance. She was just using him to lose her virginity after what seems like years of no contact. Probably would have been awkward, fumbling, and then Stiles sticking around to take her out on dates, to at least try, because he's a gentleman like that-- but no real spark. They'd have probably gone their separate ways when all was said and done.

Oh gosh, I really do not know that fic at all. But I love the idea of Derek and Scott being brothers. :D Hopefully someone knows this fic and I will let me know so I can tell you. ^^
