Staying fit is like being on crack you have to take it everyday to be high.
Our muscles get big by hypertrophy when we exercise. Hypertrophy meaning the muscle cells grow bigger.
The problem is;muscle hypertrophy gotten from exercise is easily reversible and this is why you can’t stay fit without working out frequently.
Most fitness programs are quite deceptive because they promise a ripped body if we follow their regimen but in reality what makes one stay fit is the passion for working out frequently,which most people don’t have.
