A refreshing and herbaceous cocktail that combines the crispness of garden-fresh ingredients with the tangy sweetness of kombucha.
Ingredients: 2 oz gin. 1 oz elderflower liqueur. 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice. 4-6 fresh basil leaves. 3-4 slices of cucumber. 2 oz garden fresh kombucha any flavor of your choice. Ice cubes.
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, muddle basil leaves and cucumber slices gently. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake well until chilled, about 15-20 seconds. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with garden fresh kombucha. Garnish with a basil leaf and cucumber slice, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
