Issues with living in a small town in Southern U.S.A

I have wanted to train in a martial art for years!  The problem with that is I live in a very rural part of my state where the closest city in about 45mins - 1 hour away (weeeellll, depending on how fast you drive).  Let’s just say that lessons are not easy to come by.  So I have supplemented my love for martial arts with different movies and anime, all the while looking at videos on YouTube (when I finally got a decent Internet connection) of different forms. 

Moral of the story:  Being from a small town sucks sometimes.
