Vol.21 extra by Ayuhara Shun w translations & stuff

(I'm still cryin at mukakin ojisan version of Sakamoto 😭)

This illustration by Shun Ayuhara (one of Sensei's assistants) is packed w hilarity it's basically a parody of all things Sakamoto😂

The funniest here is this tiny illustration of Sakamoto that's labelled "無課金オジサン" (mukakin ojisan) which means a middle-age guy/uncle that doesnt spend on any in-app purchases. Thus you can say Sakamoto is a "freemium-user uncle" here lol. But actually, this term is a reference/homage to the Turkish sport shooter, Yusuf Dikec, as the term started trending after his performance at the Paris Olympics 2024 (so thats a trivia for yall😉)

Chapter 164 in JP is still not up where I normally read it from, so i cant read the entire raws yet. However, I got this panel on X and would like to elaborate on Nagumo's dialogue which didnt entirely accurately convey what he was sayin -which is understandable since this week translator is different.

In this scene, Nagumo was practically pleadin w Uzuki [to switch back to Rion persona] so he can see her once more...

If I were to roughly translate this, it would go somethin like,

"Uzuki… could you let me see Akao... one more time.." (Its not rly a question but i wanna capture the nuance that Nagumo was pleading w Uzuki -which isnt somethin he'd normally do.]

I'll be the happiest soul alive if Shishiba becomes Shin's mentor. They're both blondes & Shishiba may be chill asf but he always gets the job done & they're both blondes, plus Shishiba likes simplicity in his weapon of choice (Shin's glove fits 'simple') & I think he wouldn't mind mentoring Shin. That aside, they were both apprentices of some really great assassins too. And have I mentioned that they're both blondes?
