As i mentioned, I have been drawing some old OCs of mine.

Their creation is... well, they were born 10 years ago during my trip to Japan and I was trying to fill some time in the evenings chatting things w the friend i was travelling with.

some of them got a redesign today as I was drawing them, and I feel this is the best version of them :D and one is entirely new. I started drawing them as a redesign but I liked them too much so they became their own character. As such, I do not have a clear idea what to do w them yet...

Fenris 100% has a familiar but I don’t know what yet. Khepri is ready to throw down and she can kill me any day, my heart is ready. Charu is too hot help me please. Nigel is That Asshole, Louis is a people person, Sebastian is a Cuddler, Anne Marie is a tech fan and a trekker.

Just redrawing some of my ocs because i spoke w a friend about the plot of their story and got sentimental

though i’m not sure the art there is from 2011, i am fairly sure it’s 2009-ish, but i got it scanslated in 2011 or probably i just saved/moved the files in 2011 and its’ why they’re dated like that hhh

i should have placed dates on my traditional sketches...

anyway, redrawn comparison of Julian (first art) and Inhor (second art) over the years. they both belong to a specific fantasy universe :)

I don’t usually create specific fandom OCs with a lot of background story but I fell in love with this OC that I created for a v smol role in a fanfic, so I decided to draw him now that I’m better at drawing robots.

His name is Cheng, an omnic from the overwatch lore universe. his original programming was to be a mechanic/technician, but once he gained self-awareness, he realised he did not like it, and would have preferred to become a cook.

He’s made of mismatched bodyparts from different models because of how it’s hard to find specific parts for your model in cities with an anti-omnic majority, so he made do by fixing himself with whatever good parts were available, until he was able to grow his own collection (but he’s used to his body and is proud that through it, he got better and learned how to help others by fixing them up too).

His voice is also a bit weird, with some feedback delay as the voicebox model isn’t perfectly compatible with his processors, so it comes out more metallic than other omnics’ but the lilt is very nice to listen to once you’re used to it.

After a lot of hardships and opposition, he was then employed in a restaurant with mixed omnic/human workers, and he’s now working from the bottom up to fulfil his dream. (spoilers: he will manage it!)

He’s a bit clumsy and cannot work on the store front because he breaks a lot of stuff, and because his mismatched parts make a lot of people uncomfortable (eff them) but he doesn’t care, he wants to c o o k.

(talk w me about omnic headcanons and i will talk for hours plz)

2. Do you have a personal favourite among your OCs?

this is mean and i should not have favourites over others when i’m their creator BUT YES.

Kiya is the first OC i ever created, who moved up from being a beyblade oc (who died) into an all-purpose OC who just does his thing as if he’s a real person. (as in, in my mind he’s off having his adventures in whatever new fandom i get into, lucky bab) as he’s been by my side for more than a decade, i’m obviously fond of him.

Second is Owyn, who is also one of the first ocs i’ve created and changed a lot overtime. he’s my precious cinnamon boo

13. Do you have any troublemaker OCs?

oh boy. Sebastian (werewolf) is rather troublesome, Felipe and Vassilj (humans) get into a lot of shit when they are unsupervised. Horux (sorta changeling) doesn’t give a single fuck about anything so he will Get Into Shit and a lot of it. Thor (alien demon) grows up to be a fucking troublemaker(tm). Team 34 are basically made to be a team of troublemakers.

I know i’m just spouting names here, but damn it. and there’s more. some are abstract. some are effectively pairings. there’s a few that are AU ships i can’t have. because reasons. some are wishful. ugh i love my ocs orz

28. Your most dangerous OC?

uh. define dangerous. in terms of evil prowess and mayhem chance, Fuamnach the witch. in terms of power, Falkia (half demon), in terms of ‘will destroy everything to protect what deserves to be protected’ there’s both Kalen, Owyn and some more.

Then there’s Ciel. Incognita. He does not look dangerous but oh, man. He might.

38. Which one of your OCs would be the best dancer?

urmmmmmmn

Desdemona, Louis and Aleph. Desdemona wouldn’t dance unless she was in a small, confined place with people she trusts, but then she’d be fucking good at it but traditional dancing mostly. Louis is more of a jack of all trades sort of person, so he knows how to dance because it might be needed but also like, the sexy kind. Aleph was taught since birth how to hold himself as a demon prince, so he knows how to dance. some dances he does are rather dangerous, too.
