The hardest thing about taking care of Myna is she doesn’t know how to take care of herself. She also doesn’t think she deserves to be taken care of, so she’ll almost always resist. 

If she’s really in a bad place, there are two options: if she’s silent, set her up with Practical Magic and a cup of tea, snuggled in a warm blanket. Sit next to her so she knows she’s not alone.

If she’s crying, let her. Hold her, but not too tightly. Stay silent so she knows she can pour it all out. Maybe you’ll actually get her to talk about the crap she stows away.

Tbh...that’s what i was thinking...being in a work environment is different than being in another environment but at the same time like, i’ve crewed before on productions and everyone in the production is always 100% trying their hardest and giving it their all, and breaking their back to get the production moving and being on their A game...at least the sets I’ve worked on...

So it would be really disheartening to feel like you’re beneath someone else while you’re also breaking your back just to make sure everything about the production runs smoothly.

I mean, the shoot was a grueling shoot? So I’m sure everyone was under a lot of pressure you know? but idk i just like someone feeling like crap most of the time on set doesnt help either idk :( it makes me sad i guess idk D:
