I give you beignet macarons with lemon creme icing on a bed of white sparkles. It’s beautiful and elegant and possibly a historical moment. (If they already exist, don’t tell me. I wanna live in a world where I invented these).

I present you a cookie that is literally space. I refuse to explain how I made these because I am still not entirely sure how. But hey, space cookie! Some are special dark chocolate with short bread. But some are made spicy dark chocolate. Cookie roulette.
