Panopt City is crawling with Seeker Guards with eyes everywhere. But they can’t stop the revolution boiling up from the under city. The Seekers’ creeping oppression and dark secrets clash as the under city and outlanders unite to end the cult’s colonist chokehold on this planet and its residents.
New Painting dropped on my insta. This is an old piece I’ve painted and repainted several times over the past 5 years. She’s finally done, and now gets to be wrapped into the story of Rion 5. I’ve been working on the story of Panopt City off and on for a while as well, and while it often gets put on the back burner for my smaller projects, I want to complete the story’s final outline this year.
