Okay I’m sure others have thought this but I just realized that like… humans across the board have made up all these stories about traveling the universe and meeting alien species and befriending them but that’s just really sad

Idk it just seems so depressing that we’ve created so many stories about searching for other people in the universe but we literally can’t

(And yes I thought about this while crying about the new season of Voltron)

I am a definite moon person. I love the moon so much, and I always do my best writing under moonlight. 

Betelguise: what’s something that calms you down when you’re upset?

Depends on the mood? If I’m angry upset, some angry video games. If I’m sad upset, writing and music.  

Pulsar: what kind of person do you want to be?

I really want to be a more confident person. I want to believe that I’m actually good at the things I’m good at instead of second guessing myself all the time.

Satellite: when was your first kiss?

My first ‘kiss’ was in, I think... preschool? His name was Tommy, and I was infatuated. 

My first ‘kiss’ where I knew and understood what I was doing was when I was about eight, one of those, cute, sweet moments of “I like you, you like me, we should totally kiss about it.” 

Comet: do you like the person that you've become?

Honestly? Not always. I procrastinate too much, I’m too bluntly honest, I can be too cruel, and I’m too damn scared to actually go out and reach for some of the things I’ve always wanted. But sometimes I look in the mirror and think all of that’s okay. 

Andromeda: describe your first best friend

My first best friend is my current best friend, so it should be pretty easy. We hated each other at first, but we managed to bond over a book that I don’t think either of us have ever actually read (because we’re nerds like that). She’s loyal and kind and as much of a smart ass as I am. Her puns are lame, but I secretly think she’s funny. Secretly, she probably knows.She’s been the only constant person in my life that hasn’t made me want to check out early, so she’s also got that going for her. Really, she means the world to me, and I don’t know what I’d do without her. (Hey, @sparehufflepuff, I’m talking about you).

i was looking for a photo of pluto when i got home tonight, thinking maybe they’d release it tonight, so i was telling my roommates about the science behind it - like how far it traveled and what not.

anyway, after all of that, eli was like “i guess that’s pretty cool.” and i was like, “if you had said it wasn’t cool, i would have told you to go fuck yourself because this is the coolest.” he was a little taken aback. oops, feelin’ too strongly about space yet again. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
