Aw, I liked making Rosetail a copy of Maria because I always play their relationship as being horrible, and some of my pleasure in playing that way comes from those two being each other's physical copies, like looking into the mirror is always an experience™️ because you are looking at the face of someone who hurt you.

You can still look like Maria! I guess I forgot to add that to that answer 😅 that "Rosetail looks like their other parent" thing is for people who want their Rosetail to look different. Rosa always looks the same, for reasons, so if your Rosetail looks like Maria then none of the kids look like Maria's partner, which will be interesting 😆

Yeah, Rosa is a key character in everything that happens in the background and it made sense to make her a full sister. I love her a lot, too, and that is not something I really expected when I first added her to the story 🥲

Rosa is now a full sister and is the older one, but MC is still the heir….?

Yes, but there’s a reason why. This will also cause a tiny little tension between Rosa and Rosetail, regardless of Rosetail’s opinions on being the heir. Rosa doesn’t necessarily want to inherit the company, but the decision to give it to Rosetail instead of her still makes her feel a little... small sometimes. No one but Maria and some of her friends know the reason so the siblings don’t know why it’s going to the younger child.

There are basically three reasons why, and all three will be explained at different points in the book. One reason will be explained during the first few chapters, another will be explained much later in the story, and the last will be explained probably near the end of the story. It will all make sense later.
