All my tanks
Very pleased to announce that I have finally finished setting up and cycling my new 10 gallon! I went yesterday and got some new thank-mates for Neptune's tank and some guys to inhabite the new community tank.
Look at this community tank! There are 6 neon tetras, 10 ghost shrimp, and one golden mystery snail.
I'm keeping an eye on all of the measurements to make sure nothing tanks in case it is near capacity but everything seems great so far.
And Neptune had fun checking out his new friends....😅 Kinda, lol.
But he's actually been playing nicely with them after getting used to them. I added 5 ghost shrimp and the mystery snail from this clip. I've named him Chip since he has some damage to his shell.
Someone please be proud of me I just rescaped one of my tanks.
I swear I’m done spoiling him (for now) 2 new plants, and a log 🌿🍂
Hi! I've googled this for a while but haven't found a solid answer, but since I have a 10 gal cycling right now how many fancy guppies I could fit in there. Or would that not work at all? I'd love to try a schooling fish, but worst case scenario I get another betta : ) thanks!
I’m not the most experienced with guppies, but if you’re gonna go with guppies I’d say male-only! That way you won’t be overwhelmed with a million fry. From what I’ve seen, they’re super active, & need room to use the space. So if you can put guppies in a 10g, I’d guess not more than 5 of them, giving each 2 gal of water.
If you wanted a different fish to try, you could see if a pea puffer would work!! I think one would fit in a 10g, & I find them super adorable!
Week one, month 2, and month 5. Bill is so red now! And so much happier and more active
I had to take the lid off and mess around with the pothos in the tank so I took some more videos of my 10 gal. Pt 3
