A flavorful fusion of Chinese and Italian cuisines, this Chinese Chicken Spaghetti combines tender chicken strips, crunchy vegetables, and savory sauces, all tossed with perfectly cooked spaghetti noodles.
Ingredients: 300g spaghetti. 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 inch ginger, grated. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 carrot, julienned. 2 spring onions, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside. Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant. Add chicken slices and cook until browned. Add bell pepper and carrot, cook for another 2-3 minutes. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well to coat the chicken and vegetables. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan, toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
