Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup kale leaves. 1/2 ripe avocado. 1/2 banana. 1 tbsp chia seeds. 1 tbsp hemp seeds. 1 tbsp almond butter. 1 tsp spirulina powder. 1 cup almond milk. 1/2 cup water. 1 tsp agave syrup optional, for sweetness. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Make sure to wash the spinach and kale leaves really well. Putting everything into a blender. If you need to, add more water to get the consistency you want. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you want, you can add more agave syrup to make it sweeter. Put the drink in a glass and add ice cubes if you want it colder. Have fun with your green smoothie!
