I hate having to ask for help, but without it what I'll do😭#TYPE 1 DIABETES my blood sugar is high and I'm last to my pen 😢  I'm disabled mom so I can't work after I had an accident , suffered a broken leg in a freak accident and had to have surgery to put in screws and a rod 🥲 I’m a mom of 2 kids. I’m looking at missing at least 3moths of work.
