Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and olive oil. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, fresh dill, and finely chopped red onion.
